Requesting Help from Hurco Service

This document describes the process of contacting Hurco Service to request help with a problem operating a Hurco machine or an error resulting from machine operation. This consists of collecting necessary information to identify the machine, providing a clear description of the problem itself and generating and transmitting all pertinent diagnostic files
